Very clean with an upscale feel. Safe. did not like the staff, while they were polite and extremely efficient in performing their duties, they were not approachable nor flexible.

Rooms are small. Need further cleaning and inspection to avoid pests. Concerns were addressed, Staff is great and the food is really good.

Great location, situated conveniently within Plaza Americas Shopping Mall to maximize your time. The fish tank near the elevator adds a delightful touch, and wheelchair access is available. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the restaurant offers a buffet with delicious dishes boasting excellent flavor. Moreover, the restaurant remains open until 11 p.m., with great atmosphere that patrons appreciate. It features a covered pool and a beach club. It's not necessary to use the car to get to the club or to the two shopping centers near the hotel. The hotel provides transportation to the first one, and you can walk to the second ones.

The gentleman that helped me check-in was beyond helpful and extremely patient. The lady the cleaned my room was also super sweet and amicable.

The staff was very picky about the lobby. Did not feel comfortable hanging out with friends. They prohibit snacks in the lobby and were very particular about sitting in certain furniture. Just not welcoming. When I checked, and I asked for a room upgrade and my request was ignored did not explain if they did or did not have capacity.
