We got an upgraded room and it was fantastic with a big terrace and nice view of the beach, it included a nice sofa bed, they also gave us bath ropes and sleepers. The service was excellent and the free breakfast buffet was great! I will stay there again.

I pretty much like everything, except waiting to check in 45 minutes after 3pm because the room wasn’t ready, then they were going to give me a room without balcony after I had already paid for the balcony so I had to wait again, I had to ask for bathrobes and slippers that were supposed to be in the room, no magnifying mirror in the bathroom either, so lack of VIP service with the details, people were very nice, specially Israel at the Blue Bar , he was on it! Friendly and happy doing his job, thank you Israel!!

Hotel is still nice after many years, the room cleanest was not the best, below the bed there was some dirt and the balcony was not really clean. I went with family and have lots of fun visiting all the places around. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The only reason why I rated it 4 stars it’s because I had to wait 45 minutes after 3 pm to get in my room because it wasn’t ready

Great location, but dated and needs TLC. This hotel boasts a convenient location, but unfortunately, the property itself seems a bit worn. The pool area could use some attention, with broken chairs, broken umbrellas. Beach area not clean, broken chairs. Additionally, the towels were not the freshest – they seemed a bit discolored and weren't separated for pool use from bathroom use.
