I booked this room for my 80 year old father; when he asked for a plastic chair to be able to shower easily; which the hotel never brought. Even after calling back to Reception, the lady answered in a polite but dismissive way. Promised to send the chair, the chair never came nor a follow up call with an explanation Next time, will never book in AC Hotel Veracruz

Hotel is fine needs better trained staff a lot of mistakes. The pool was cold !! The breakfast buffet was nice Nice modern rooms

All was good, they can surely use some cosmetic updating especially the indoor pool area.
