Perfect stay at a wonderful London hotel. Well located and felt nice & luxurious. Wonderful staff and amenities. Lovely complementary drinks as well.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to The British Museum. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was extremely clean and quiet.

Clean, renovated, good traditional appearance. Too crowded and not well organized. Difficult to fit into dining areas. Loud music till late hours. Very tight space in the room which is common for the UK establishments.
