It was in a vacant abandoned shopping center. The building was very run down; the paint was peeling. The sink and mirror were in the bedroom
separate from the shower and toilet. The online photos appeared to deliberately conceal that feature. There was one set of teenie shampoo and lotion for two people. On the way in the staff member was incredibly nice but sloppy and unkempt. On the way out that staff member appeared dirty and had his feet propped on the counter while on his phone. He didn’t acknowledge our departure. There were channels on the television that were very pornographic. It was so terrible it felt creepy. The room itself seemed clean enough but very much in need of updating as were the hallways and common areas.

The staff was good and the facilities were good enough. The refrigerator in my room was broken and the continental breakfast was mediocre.

Really great front staff Both morning and evening. For what seems to be an old building it was clean and there was clearly an effort to make it more updated. I appreciated the accommodations in the room, including the refrigerator and microwave. I really loved the coffee and cookies all night. That is a really nice touch.
The location is a little bit eerie because of the haunted looking mall next to it, but there’s not much you can do about that.
All in all of surprisingly pleasant stay!

No elevator, the shower bottom plate was broken/out of place, causing shifting. Water backed up in the tub during showering, I think drainage stopper problem. You have to actually use your hand to pull it up, and then it goes back into lock mode in seconds piling up water in the tub. Due to this annoyance, I would only take one shower during my stay. I am requesting a partial refund for this gross inconvenience. Ty.
