Make me paying twice.

Dear Valued Guest,We do not make a guest pay twice. On the day of arrival we preauthorize credit cards to validate the reservation. At check in we verify the credit is the registered guest's and the official charge is processed which is taken from the preauthorization. No extra charge is taken unless house rules are broken. If we have truly double charged you, please contact the property and speak with the manager so that we may correct it.

I recently stayed at the Super 8, which was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. However, the room had a noticeable mildewy smell, indicating a need for a dehumidifier, especially for extended stays. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the overall experience.

Found dried blood on the wall when I told the front desk she said ok I’ll let someone know Bathroom had hair and dirt all around Sink had nose hair or facial hair around the lip of the sink Smelled musty, moldy like Spa is no longer in use but was left with water in it and things floating on top. Called about the pool but was never told the heater isn’t working. So pool temperature was freezing and no towels in pool area.

We stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was phenomenal and the pool was very relaxing.

The room smelled the minute we walked in to it and the neighbouring room was very noisy until late at night. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom was tiny.

We attended graduatiion at Indiana University and was greeted with a gift bag including a welcome letter to the graduation. Very thoughtful and of course a bottle of water is always appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
