The room smelled the minute we walked in to it and the neighbouring room was very noisy until late at night. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom was tiny.

We attended graduatiion at Indiana University and was greeted with a gift bag including a welcome letter to the graduation. Very thoughtful and of course a bottle of water is always appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was charged a $150 “incidental fee” because there was mascara on the pillow case and some extra trash that wouldn’t fit in the trash can. The smug black long fingernails guy at the front desk seemed to enjoy telling me that and that they have labeled me as “DNR” do not rent. My advice: steer clear of this hotel.

Dear Lesley,We do have a minimum of a 200 fee (which is mentioned on the registration form. A set of examples are listed on why the fee would be charged as well. We also have a set of house rules that must be followed. Depending on the issue we will put a guest on the DNR list especially if it concerns the safety of our guests and staff.

No notice that the road conduction is all but block the dr and no turn around to go into town also the clerk was less than personable never had that before here

We do have maps at the front desk that show routes in and out of the property for our guest. We also apologize for the staff member and assure you that proper steps will be taken in retraining them of proper guest ettiquette.
