The room we were given was overpriced and very dirty. We decided not to extend our stay another night & they threatened to call the police.

Hello, thank you for your review- Although. Looking into this I see that you booked through a 3rd party and were aware of the price when you booked the room. Check-out is at 11 am, when your room was called at checkout you stated that you were going to extend your reservation 3 more calls were made to your room about extending, there was a reason that you had not done so including you were streaming church, We allowed this for several hours again, we were left waiting, it was now shifted change when they called your room again, and now check-in time for the next day, which at that point you should have been charged for that day, you did not check out of our hotel until 4:42 pm and that was only because we did say that if you did not vacate we would have to call the police, We tried to accommodate and give you time. There is a point that we can no longer do that. And yet we still did not charge you for the 2nd night.

The gentleman at the front desk was really nice, our room was perfect and the location was great…next to shops and food. We will stay again.

Great hotel!! Excellent staff!! Assistant manager Jennifer was very helpful! Will always stay here when we're in Bloomington.

When I booked the room on Expedia it was advertised as handicapped accessible. When arrived at the facility, I asked if the room was handicapped accessible. I was assured that it was. IT WAS NOT! There was a walk in shower, but no seat in the shower, no hand rails in the entire room. Fortunately, I was there to assist my spouse, or it would have been impossible for her to get into the bathroom and back out again. Expedia and this facility need to review what handicapped accessible means.

Bathroom ceiling light did not work, towels bar by bathroom sink was broken and missing, there was a coffee make but there was no pot. There seemed to be only one staff member taking care of breakfast and he couldn't keep up. When we went to breakfast, there was very little selection. The trash can was overflowing. They need more staff to keep breakfast running smoothly.

I am sorry for the bathroom light not working. The coffee pot does not have a glass pot as it is a 1 cup maker, you place your coffee cup under it like a Keurig. Should you have let the front desk know we could have fixed the light right away, and explained how to use the coffee pot. IN a perfect world we would love to have multiple employees per shift and department. We have a very small team, but we take great pride in what we do, and we try extremely hard to make sure that everyone enjoys their stay.
