Simple, easy check in. Quiet room. Pleasant staff. Ample parking. Reason that I returned and stayed there. :)

This was a good place to stay. Quiet, large room, HGTV and close to Destihl restaurant and brewery which had amazing food and drinks. Only con about the room is that they had nothing blocking my pet from going under the bed and it was quite dusty under there.

As soon as we (my husband & 2 kids) arrived at the front desk we were greeted with a “I’m going to try and get you a discount.” from the manager on duty, Valencia. Apparently the previous occupants of the room we had booked had smoked in the nonsmoking room, as well as left an overwhelming food stench. The manager took my information, as well as called another manager who informed us there was nothing they could do but send us a free one night stay at the same hotel. The manager proceeds to start taking us up to the room, as another visitor comes to the desk to complain of mold in his room. Again, they said nothing they could do. We get upstairs and file into the room, noticing the smell of cigarette smoke and who knows what else. Manager then sprays some heavy duty deodorizer all over the room then leaves. We are in the room for maybe 10 minutes, my daughter lays on her bed as we chat. When we get in the car she starts breaking out in hives. My husband and I decided we were not going to stay there. We went back after our dinner and checked out, when I told the staff on duty all she said was “Okay” and that was that. We booked another hotel down the road. Will not return.

Staff were great! But when, we walked in our room garbage was still in trash, beds are horrible (comfort) and place definitely needs an update.

Free “breakfast” was a choice of granola bar or a tiny muffin. It wouldn’t have been so bad if maybe they had some milk and fruit. Try harder.
