They don’t clean everyday. They said I had to request. I did. It never happened. Stay 3 nights

Very nice hotel. Family friendly area. Plenty of spots to eat within walking distance. My only gripe isn’t with the hotel. My room was on the street side of the building, so there’s street noise at night. A couple times during the night I woke up from someone revving an engine at a stop light or a loud muffler. Not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. Requesting a non-street side room would be better. I stayed there again the following weekend when I came back to Pittsburgh. Excellent place.

This property is functional at best and I imagine most people stay there for the location. The property itself doesn’t offer much It’s worn and low value compared what they charge. Beware of the $24/night parking fee that isn’t mentioned anywhere until you’re standing there at check in. I have also stayed in hundreds of hotels rooms over the years and this is the 1st where I needed my room key to turn on the lights. The Hyatt name does seem to count for much anymore.
