Disappointed and overcharge
Posted 13 Oct 2021 on HotelsMy booking did not show at the hotel and we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby before we were provided with a room. I provided the proof of paying by but the hotel wouldn’t accept it. We only got to our room at 23:30. It was simply exhausting. The room is old, dirty and worn out. It is in poor condition and at $91 it has no correlation with what you pay for what you get.
