Posted 28 Jun 2020 on HotelsI had to collect the key at another address and the people were fairly unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was sufficient but not what the pictures portrayed or what I expected.

It is sad to read your review in the light of the fact that we went out of our way to accommodate you with a check in 3 hours prior to check in time.
Concerning the room,apart from removing all soft furnishings and decor as per COVID19 safety regulation, it is exactly as portrait in the picture on our website.
We once again ask our guests to ensure the room type chosen to book is to their specific needs as we offer Budget room ( as per this case) with basic amenities up to luxury rooms with all amenities

Very friendly, helpful host and receptionist.
We were given an upgrade to a lovely, big ensuite room, free of charge.
We recommend this guesthouse for good service, good location , cleanliness and comfort.

Budget accommodation south of Bloemfontein
Posted 8 Sep 2019 on HotelsStayed in a tiny room with unplastered brickwork that looked untidy. Surprisingly, everything worked and I had a peaceful night's rest. The room had a good shower facility.

As the review is Anonymous it is difgicult to reply. However we offer different room types from very basic and very cheap to very big and with all the amenities you can expect. So maybe you booked the cheapest room but expected the luxuries that comes with a bigger price tag. We urge our guests and potential guest to read the room fescriptions to ensure you get what will meet your wants.
