Checked in February 20 (Northern Ontario) there was no heat on in the room!! When you know you have guests coming, turn on the heat for them. Curtains were too thin so all of the outside light from the sidewalks filtered into the room and it was very bright for sleeping.

I know it was a holiday weekend, but surely someone should be available to speak to. Couldn't get the heating system working properly. Unable to get any more supplies for the room..ie :kleenex TP, extra towels Not pleased with this place, especially for the price!!

Overall, very good. Everything we needed. Staff was attentive, the beds and bedding were comfortable. Complementary water and coffee in the room. Finishes were up to date and the room was clean, however, unfortunately the flooring was lifting in one spot - did not affect our comfort. Unable to comment on the attached restaurant. Would stay again.
