Small room, not that clean. Coffee cup had a lipstick stain on it. Bathtub was in disrepair. Burnt out lightbulbs in the bathroom, right over the mirror where you need it most. Staff was not friendly but not rude. Maybe indifferent? They didn’t seem to have customer service as a priority. Not even a bottle of water to be found in the room or anywhere nearby.

Drinks not available due to weekend free drinks session
Food took 50 mins to appear & poor quality
Catering appeared to be a problem possibly due to coach load of visitors?

We only stayed one night but was very clean, extremely comfortable beds, better than premier inn. Generally showing some signs of wear and needing a little updating but if this doesnt bother you its great. Very good value and will be going back.
