Evening entertainment, spa, hair salon, are great additions to the hotel.
I felt desk staff could be better informed to guide tourists. The lady at the desk did not know where I could get a map or help getting around Blackpool, she sent me to some obscure post office, yet the is a tourist center next to the wedding chapel. I will return and suggest other use this hotel thanks

The Ruskin Hotel is a good option if you’re going to an event at the Winter Garden. It’s a very short walk, and very convenient. The lobby is nice, bright, clean and new, and the lift was very quick and a nice feature. My visit started with a bit of confusion as I booked a triple twin room on Expedia, but I was assigned a double room. I had to pay an additional fee to actually get the triple room. I’m still working with Expedia to sort that out. The breakfast was nice, but quite a few of the plates you pick up at the buffet were not clean/had food stuck to them after a washing.
The staff were kind and made a great effort to be helpful.

Hi Kenneth, thank you for your review, the booking was made for a Standard Triple room for 2 adults, as an expedia guest we allocated you a upgrade to a Premier room, when you arrived there were 3 adults and not the 2 as per the booking. Our reception staff honoured the upgrade povided and room move to a triple Premier room. The complimentary upgrade appears to have become the only issue you appear to have had, we can provide the actual booking for 2 adults should there be any doubt regarding what was booked with us by expedia. but we do think to mark down the hotel for providing an upgrade is a little harsh.

Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff and a delicious variety of options for breakfast. We had a great experience with the spa services and greatly enjoyed our stay! One downside is that there’s no on site parking and the two nearby lots fill up extremely quickly so parking on the street becomes necessary. Make sure to move your car in accordance with signs.

Hi Emily, thank you for your kind words and lovely 5/5 review of your stay with us at the Ruskin, we do have on site garages but they do sell out in advance, please do try to book them early, in addition the multistory car park opposite the hotel at the Houndshill shopping centre is very convenient and open from 6am - 12 midnight the charge is 12 per 24 hours.we hope to see you return in the future for your next trip to Blackpool

The ruskin hotel is a great place to escape to, the hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and staff are lovely polite and friendly.
Will definitely be returning..

The room was a small double, it was ok but small table and chair made access to the wardrobe very difficult.room 122. Not much room around the bed. tea and coffee facilities was situated on a 6 to 8 inch ledge.
