I loved this apartment, it was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was large, clean, and had everything that was needed. Parking was easy and the location on the promenade was excellent.

Good and bad points

The apartment is very handy for the tram. There is parking behind and in front of the property. The damage deposit feels concerning when an unknown person calls you up to ask to give your card details to pay. It is legitimate though and mine was refunded back within 5 days. We stayed at apartment 9 which overall was well looked after and clean apart from the black substances blocking the shower head we had to clean to enable the shower to work. The couch was also stained and very unclean to the touch which meant we didn't want to sleep on it. We called and requested the king be made a twin which they did quite quickly and were apologetic about the couch.

The property is in very good condition. It is modern and looks to have been renovated in the not too distant past. There were minor issues with the fridge and dining room chairs when we arrived. We contacted Granada and the pleasant owner came around the next morning to see what could be done to fix things. There is a tram stop close by and the trip into Blackpool town only takes about 15 minutes. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket in close walking distance. There is parking available in designated areas behind and in front of Granada. The area where the apartment is situated is pleasant - from what we saw, nicer than much of Blackpool. There is a small elevator in the building. The only downside, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, was that we were disturbed by stomping feet in the apartment above one evening - I don't know whether it was poor soundproofing, exceptionally noisy neighbours, or both, but it was annoying.
