I have always had good luck with American inn but not this time. The place is so run down and dirty inside and out. The bathroom stool is ready to come off the wall. The ice maker looks like it has not ever been cleaned. The rain gutter is falling off and the retaining wall has been destroyed.

Although property looks clean, towels and shower curtains were stained. Found hair in the tub and fake lashes in the cupboard.

Very nice stay. Friendly staff/owners. No issues. I might suggest they could upgrade the towels/wash cloths.
