Hello the room was not clean and it was very dirty me and my partner had to wipe the surfaces downs as well as ask for some new pillows as the ones in the room had womens hair on it from previous stay i was bot happy at all and iam going to take this futher this is the second time this has happend

New propeŕty in a yet to be developed area. Isolated from public transport.
Exellent staff from check in to check out.
Menu choice limited
Buffet breakfast excellent but minor problems in replacing cooked items at busiest times.
Rooms well presented and comfortable.

The room was not clean and the remote did not work

Good Morning Sir,I do apologise the cleanliness of the room was not up to Hilton standard but we will make sure relevant staff who dealt with the room are spoken to and reminded how to make up the room.I'm sorry the Tv remote wasn't working, was this reported at reception?
