Gentile Sig.ra Roberta Per cominciare La ringraziamo di aver scelto il nostro Hotel Campione per il Suo soggiorno nella nostra splendida regione.Abbiamo letto con piace la Sua recensione e siamo entusiasti di sentire che durante la Sua permanenza tutto sia andato per il meglio.Le esperienze positive dei nostri ospiti, ci motivano a fare ancora di più e ci confermano di essere sulla strada giusta con il nostro obbiettivo di offrire un servizio eccellente in una struttura ai passi con i tempi.Dopo aver riammobiliato tutte le stanze in stile contemporaneo, grazie agli importanti investimenti fatti negli ultimi due inverni in pannelli solari, nel recupero del calore nella produzione del freddo e nella geotermia abbinata alla termopompa di ultimissima generazione, da questa primavera il nostro Hotel Campione ha ridotto del 90% il consumo di energie fossili ed é così diventato uno degli esercizi pubblici più rispettuosi dell'ambiente sul lago di Lugano.La ringraziamo di aver condiviso la Sua opinione e nella speranza di poterLa ben presto riaccogliere, forse con una delle nostre gettonate ed interessanti offerte del dopo alta stagione, restiamo a Sua completa disposizione per qualsiasi informazione supplementare e cogliamo l'occasione per porgerLe i nostri più cordiali saluti.

Awful experience. Would not recommend.

Mr. Attarzadeh,Thank you for your visit and thank you for giving me the opportunity to put this right as you do not say what happened.You have seen only the lobby, the toilet and the garage, during the one hour you have terrified our night porter at our Hotel Campione?You have reserved a double room and you arrive with your wife and with two children. Did you really expect to receive the room for the same price?I am the director, I have been called at my home in the middle of the night, because you did not want to pay any supplement for the additional two persons.We did you a ridicules supplement of total only 20 francs for the upgrade to a family room.You refused my offer and as it was so late I was willing to do even do better for you. But as you refused even to pay the supplement for the interior parking, you could have parked outside at 100 meters from the hotel for free, I hat to refuse you to stay at my Hotel Campione.At this point I even conceded you to cancel the room without penaly. It would have been my right to refuse you the room and to keep the money you prepaid.Now that I see your review, I can tell you, that is exactly what I will do the next time I have a case like yours.I thank you for all, because after 25 year of leading a hotel, this was the first time I had to send away a customer. I am sorry but I can not give a double room to 4 persons. When you are traveling with your family you have to reserve the room according to the number of persons in your party. Anyway, I do thank you again because I learned something new again and that is why I wish you all the best.
