Not What it Was

We checked in. We were upgraded to a suite which was great! However, when we got in the room, we realized why they gave us this suite. The trash wasn’t emptied, the kitchen sink was broken and the bottom cupboard was missing. I spoke to a maid the next morning and asked if we could get clean towels and the trash emptied. She said it would be done. Nothing. We put the trash outside the room. It was still sitting there when we checked out. Disappointing

Super easy to check-in. They were busy with a hockey tournament and able to get me in right away! Room was big and had everything I needed.
