Booked for a night and they were overbooked never got a room

My cousin and I stayed at this hotel because a friend of mine was getting married there. The hotel was nice but they don't do daily housekeeping. We had a lot of trash in our room that we kept putting in bags so it wouldn't be all over the place. We called several times and nobody came to get our trash until the third day that we were there. They also weren't refreshing our towels. I'm not sure if I would stay there again.

In the past this hotel has been my go to, I will not be going to it again. In great need of an overhaul. I am being incredibly gracious.
