Amazing staff, everyone we meet was so kind, from checking in to having breakfast. I forgot my phone charger in our room & they called me to let me know so we could go back & get it! The only downside we had was parking, we had a trailer with us & there parking lot is NOT trailer friendly. It is so sloped that our trailer bottomed out just trying to get out of checking in! We had to park on the road as well.

Very slow check in. We asked for non handicap room and none available.

Hello, I looked at your reservation and it looks like a handicap room is what was booked for you through Expedia. We at the hotel level CANNOT change anything on your reservation when it is made through a third party.
