Was VERY disappointed with the queen size beds in our room the first night but mngmt. gave us a different room for our next night. Beds were really uncomfortable!

LaVonne is great!

I don’t usually leave reviews but LaVonne deserves recognition! She was so attentive and helpful during the complimentary breakfasts both mornings we were there. LaVonne worked hard to make sure everything was refilled and clean! We appreciated her kindness. It can’t be easy serving large groups of sports teams but her excellent service is a reason to stay at this hotel!

The propert was alright. The one queen bed was saggng in the middle. Having to pay $26.00 for 2 bottes of water was mind blowng and ridiculous and nothing but a money grab! The location was perfect as we were flying out the bext day.

There was mold under the soap holder in the bathtub. The smoke alarm on the ceiling above the master bed, was hanging by wires not attached to the ceiling.
