Older hotel. The nice thing is they didn’t have carpet In the room. However it was not swept. The bathroom was dark when you close the shower curtain there is hardly any light in the shower and the tile grout looks almost black. I couldn’t tell how dirty it was because of the darkness. The staff in the Lounge area were horrible and not friendly at all. The front desk guys were nice, but our tv cable didn’t work. My husband called to tell them and they told him to unplug it and replug it in. That did not fix it. So no tv but we were only there one night.

The staff was friendly and cooperative with police when my room was broken into and $400 worth of clothing and cash was stolen. Mine seems to be the only hallway that doesn’t have a camera which makes me believe someone knows its a good spot not to get caught. Sad ending to what should have been a fun weekend

Hello Jeni, we are sorry some items were lost. However, we were able to prove this was not the doing of an employee and also no key was mistakenly given for this room, which we were also able to prove. The time frame in which we were informed of these items disappearing (2am - 6am) while guests were indeed in the room is highly unlikely, according to the officer who investigated. This was my first time staying here outside of the annual dart tournament. It was so much quieter and cleaner. Front desk staff and bar staff were very friendly.
