Posted 23 Jul 2022 on HotelsAwful. The AC is too small for the room and it never cooled down at night enough for a comfortable sleep. The ac was so inadequate after we took showers the entire room heated up like a steam room even when we opened the bathroom window.
The fridge didn’t work properly, even though it was set on 3 it froze all our food.
The pool was not open.
The room was dark, dirty, and the bathroom was gross and moldy. I have pretty low standard when it comes to motels and this place really stunk. Absolutely not worth the money.

The location was perfect! We could walk or drive to get food or site see. We went fishing while in Bishop and the hotel had a cleaning facility and freezer available which was wonderful! Outside our bathroom window were horses, so that was a beauty site in the morning. Overall, wonderful stay for the price. Will definitely be back.

Overall a good experience - clean room, friendly staff, quiet area (although this was the middle of the week). The air conditioner was missing a few pieces that meant all the cold air just hung out near the ground; it also didn't have the capability to turn itself on/off in response to changing temperature, which required some manual control.

Great location
