The carpet inside our room was not very clean at the time of our arrival.

When I reached the hotel front desk lady said we don’t have two bed room for you. I said it is fully paid and that’s not what I want to hear. Then after some time, she is, OK I have one for you. There is something wrong that I can’t explain, at least she needs more positive energy when welcoming guests. Room is excellent, breakfast is exceptional with choices compared to another best western I stayed about a month ago. Lady at the breakfast was so welcoming and friendly. When we were checking out, front desk lady took the keys and said “all set” after a little delay “have a nice day”. I was glad to hear that. Overall a very nice place and completely renovated rooms. 4 out of 5 Stars because of the initial check in issues.

Property only showed signage as Best Western. There was no reference to Bishop Lodge. Ticking noise from plumbing was a bit annoying and there was quite a abit of street noise. King bed room was large enough for a comfy chair but there was just a dining room chair and desk chair to sit on.
