The hotel is lovely - quiet area, pool area has lots of options (different saunas etc) and lots of treatment options in the spa. All treatment therapist were amazing - really feels like they have good knowledge and training. I did hair spa trametment too, while therapist was lovely I don't really feel the effect so not sure I'd recommend given the price.
|The biggest disadvantage with this hotel is that there are a lot of kids so it's difficult to really relax in the pool area and likewise during meal times.

Its a great place to unwind and relax. We went with a family and everyone enjoyed it a lot. Pool are is great. There is a baby/kids pool which is very warm and fun, not big though so can get really busy but it was ok. Collection of saunas and other pools are great. Everything is very clean and tidy.
Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable.
Breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have ever been. They have huge selection of foods so I believe everyone can find something for themselves.restaurant has great options for lunch/dinner. Food is fresh and really tasty. They have kids menu as well.
Whole complex is really modern and has great facilities like Spa treatments.Surrounding area is really nice and calm. There is a playground for kids as well.
Its a short walk from city centre.

Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsSpa/basienų dalis - labai gerai, yra vaikų atskiras baseinas apgalvotai nuošaliau nuo bendros dalies. Jeigu gyveni Ego spa dalyje ir į baseinus/pirtis tektų vaikščioti per lauką... jokio tunelio ar dengto koridoriaus(?!). Vytautas mineral SPA dalyje garso izoliacija - itin prasta, bent jau trečiame aukšte kur daugiausia apsistoja šeimos, tad naktį miego ramybė priklauso nuo kaimynų. Žiemos metu kambariuose oro komfortas labai prastas. Mano apsilankymo metu kambaryje temperatūra naktį būdavo iki 26 laipsnių, numažinus kiek tik sistema leidžia, rekuperacija veikia minimaliai, patalpos oras super sausas, lango dėl didelio šalčio ilgiau laikyti atidaryto neįmanoma. Teko išsimiegoti ir pailsėti grįžus namo. Yra vaikų žaidimo kambarys, nors jo darbo valandos keistokos - veikia kai mažiausia jo reikia - vėlai pradeda veikti, anksti uždaromas. Pusryčiai - maisto įvairovė gera, juoda kava skani. Parkingas - patogus. Viešbučio aplinka - skurdi. Viešbučio restoranas (gastropub tipo) Moon - geriau vengti, maisto paruošimo kokybė prasta (kepsniai, burgeriai prastos kokybės, perkepta, nors prašyta priešingai, pastos patiekalų kiekis mažas (mažesnis nei vaikiškos porcijos), aptarnavimas geras, kainos pagal kokybę - itin didelės, išpūstos dėl svečių mažos galimybės pasirinkimo vietovėje. Pvz alus kaina 0,4 l - 6.50 eur. Vaikams pasirinkimas -ok. Ilgiau apsitojus teko pavažiuoti į greta esantį miestą (Prienai) restoraną "Sodas" kuris kaip visada - nenuvilė kainos/kokybės santykiu.

Facility it self is in good condition. Pool area is very bad it is really cold in the pool area. at the kids pool looks like the wind is blowing changing rooms are all wet there is water everywhere all most impossible to walk cause you are sliding. Price for a night and quality of service you are getting is improper. To collect more money they are not counting how many people they are letting in to the pool so it is overcrowded, people can come from the sreet or other hotels. Restaurant was good food is delicious. Room is small one light buld in the room wasn't working. If you are going to the toilet in the night and you turn on the light the whole room is shining cause the toilet ceiling are made out of glass. Overall price is to high for the things you are getting.
