Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent.
for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream.
Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream.
Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all.
My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however this was "must do"everyday clean.However we really enjoyed our stay.
Swimming pool was amazing.

Leisure facilities were excellent, everything else was sub par, especially considering the cost of our 4 night stay.

Enjoyed our stay overall, quiet rooms, comfy bed and great shower, breakfast good, but sort the potatoes out they either need to be crispy or hash browns!
