Very near to a beautiful country side where to go for a walk and watch sunset. Only 10-15’ from city centre.
Super clean, they make your room everyday without you asking and add everyday cookies and water.

Spider weds in room also spiders mattress is dirty also and quilt cover dirty stains on outside door like drinks been chucked up it. Needs a good clean imo

Single room was lovely and clean and ensuite shower was just right and couldn't fault the room but -
I had room 16 but had an drunk couple arguing next door in room 17 from 10pm, swearing, fighting, slamming doors, he chuck her out in the corridor and this went on till 2.30am didn't really get to sleep till 3am, which was quite disappointing really.

We were needing to stay overnight in the Coventry area after attending a family meeting.
The property was just what we needed, out of town a few miles, the room was nicely furnished, with on suite toilet and shower. Room was spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities and free onside parking.
Contact with the owner was via text and access to the property via code, room access via code and key safe.
In case of difficulties there was a mobile contact number.
I would certainly consider booking if we needed to find accommodation in the Coventry area in the future.
It might be worth checking direct with Dakota Web site as may find slightly cheaper

Only issue were the walls are thin & you can here everything being said in the next room.
Apart from that would stay again, for the price couldn t really fault it.

Nice place to stay. Local area. Quiet. Clean and comfortable room. Good communication to help and provide remote access. Overall very pleased.
