Excellent venue, free gym and pool access in huge University sports centre.- worth a lot in itself
For any graduates , great nostalgic setting. Rooms very clean - traditional academic pine decor. Accommodation is named after son of Captain Scott & former Chancellor of the University.
Extremely good value for money, room has everything you could wish for

There was a bus direct from New Street Station to the hotel. The area around the hotel was very quiet and well maintained. 30 minute walk from Edgbaston Cricket Ground good carparking.

Perfect location for activities at the University. A nice room, though Bathroom could benefit from modernising. But all clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

I spent 2 nights in this place. The property was clean and neat. However, on the first night, at 1am, there was someone attempted to open my room using a key. Lucky enough, I was awake and I could hold the door handle, but I dare not take a peek of who was outside. The second night, I was barely sleep at all since I could hear some women chatting and giggling on the corridor throughout the night.
