great location let down by eccentric fittings

Crazy Aircon that you can’t turn off. the fan goes constantly.
Window opens 1/3rd of an inch.
A crazy kettle that doesn’t work.
Cafetière no coffee. and kettle doesn’t work anyway.
Bathroom tiny. No space to hang towels.
