Excellent hotel, very clean, all staff was exceptional and very helpful. Room was spacious and all the facilities were great. I also loved how child friendly this hotel was which is sometimes daunting as a parent when coming to a hotel.

A lovely stay, staff were very helpful, especially Sanchez who ran the shuttle bus and was helpful getting myself around Birmingham airports broken lift.

Phone in room didnt work. Tv wake up alarm didnt work. Room service charged my card then didnt deliver...problem with the system...miles from the airport so misdescribed, awful experience, but staff were good.

Stayed for a night with family. The room was nice and clean, ok the ground floor. However, there was loud music till 12AM and we couldn’t sleep.
