They cancelled 2 of my 3 rooms at Home To Suites and failed to. I tidy us until week of my daughter’s college graduation. So we paid more to stay at the Hilton property. Front desk service very unfriendly. No room clean up service at all for the 3 rooms we reserved. Shower out of shampoo. Breakfast area very messy, trash cans overflowing, ran out of coffee creamer, cups, lids, etc. we will not be back.
