Very disappointed. Noise insulation of building poor. Loud music could be heard well into the early morning and room walls very ‘thin’, Most of the lifts not in use, bed uncomfortable. Food in the Sky bar very bland. Not a great stay for us unfortunately and wouldn’t t stay again even if offered for free.

Lovely hotel and room. All very clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and the Elbow gig! Lots of nearby food places too. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very nice, especially siting out on the balcony for pre (and post) concert) drinkies!
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were very hard working, they had to be as there were far too few considering how busy it was. The only gripe was the too loud music in the evening. Almost impossible to have a conversation! More like a disco...but nobody was dancing:-(
