Lovely hotel and room. All very clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and the Elbow gig! Lots of nearby food places too. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very nice, especially siting out on the balcony for pre (and post) concert) drinkies!
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were very hard working, they had to be as there were far too few considering how busy it was. The only gripe was the too loud music in the evening. Almost impossible to have a conversation! More like a disco...but nobody was dancing:-(

We stayed at the Genting hotel for my birthday night out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was made even more special by receptionist Anmol. Thank you so much, we already can not wait to return.

We stayed for 4 nights for an event in Resorts World Arena. I love the convenience of it and shopping areas and restaurants just within walking areas of the hotel.
Unfortunately, no complimentary wi-fi or bottled water during our stay.

The staff were terribly rude. The Ac was faulty and we had to sleep in the cold. It was a terrible experience please avoid
