Lovely host really welcoming and friendly the property was just what we needed for one night. Breakfast was a great bonus with a warm croissant and warm bacon roll plus extras. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, close proximity to Warwick university and very good host.
Clean room but just a bit small but very nice.

The host was lovely and accommodating,the room was nice and clean,breakfast was a nice touch fresh juice and warm crossiants

We had a lovely 1 night stay. Everything was as it looked on the website. The owners were very helpful and the breakfast bag was a lovely surprise. Thanks so much. We were attending an event at the university and it was a very short walk.
