Overall, my experience at Clayton Hotel Birmingham was fantastic. Loved a location in Dublin so I wanted to try the one in Birmingham. My only issues were that they had run out of slippers, and the technology to control the aircon was too complicated, so I was overheating, making me quite uncomfortable.

Amazing hotel right next door to the New Street station & Bullring. Great breakfast & there’s also a gym which is a huge plus.
