The stay was ok, too noise many a times.
Breakfast options are limited.
Not much options of dining nearby.

Ordinary stay for a 4-star hotel
Posted 10 Apr 2023 on HotelsThe hotel looked novice in their approach specially for booking. After booking with the credit card details, they kept on asking me for the card to charge me. This was ridiculous.
Second, wi-fi signal was pathetic and moreover they limited it to only 2 device per room. People travelling with kids need to take note of this, whether you want or sacrifice the wi-fi for the kids.
Third, breakfast buffet was very minimal and difficult to make choices out of the limited options.

The roof top restaurant was closed for event for the 2 days of my stay , rather disppointed ! The housekeeper did not sweep the floor after make up room , can see dirt all around . Never provide a connecting room for us say is fully book but during the 2 days I hardly see more than 10 paxs .

The property was clean and huge located in an isolated place far away from all the happening places
The internet was disruptive though food was not that great

Nice break at Bintan

Air Con is very cold. After adjusting fan speed and increasing the temperature did not help. Stayed for a night so did not raise it to management for assistance
Prefer to have soft fabric bedroom slipper instead of hard rubber ones.
