Overall, the IP is a good value, but it has a few issues: no maid service, the parking garage is hard to maneuver, and the elevators can get overcrowded and slow.

A stronger ventilation system smoke smell covered by airfreshner. Not a pleasant combination. Why not separate some slot machines into a Non smoking area

Staff is very nice. The property is clean. They are doing renovations to upgrade the property.

We have been here for four days and ours room has not been clean once. I had to call room service and ask for clean towels and wash cloths, supposed to replenish the fridge with water every other day and we haven't had anymore since the one's that were there when we checked in. We have stayed at the IP several times before and this has been the worse we have seen it.

The value was good compared to other casino hotels. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We ate in two restaurants on property. The bar food was not as good as the food in the Bayview Cafe. There was no cleaning service for the room over the 3 nights we were there and one of the elevators was shut down for repair.
We probably would stay here again and request our room be cleaned.
