it was a good place to be after being in two other hotels in 2 days because they had stuff wrong with them , only stayed one night but definitely will go back!

The staff was pretty friendly, and helpful for the most part. But the first room we were put in, there were burn holes all over blanket and sheets, the microwave was dirty and had burn marks and the plate was missing, the air didn't seem to be working properly, air unit was pretty old and missing pieces, there were incense sticks stuck in the door, the tub was pretty dirty along with stained shower curtains, rusted air vents that had just been painted over, pillows were all old and stained and furniture was old, broken and stained. We asked to switch rooms and they did so we checked that one and it was worse. Most of the same problems along with mold up bathroom wall and on roof and looked like someone dumped those laundry bead things all inside the air unit, the doors you could tell had gotten wet cause they were expanding, the tvs were kinda small and didn't seem very HD as said on website. So again we asked to be put in another room, about to just leave at that point. But they put us in a lil bigger room up front with no extra charge. It was more doable so we stayed. Only problem with that room was some old and broken furniture and a lil mold on the fridge door seal.. They said they were under new management and doing repairs which i understand, but they should lower the price or have some warnings untill that is done. And the website says there was a gym and a laundromat which is a reason i chose this hotel. But they ended up having neither of those facilities.

They didn’t take American Express and was not told ahead of time about the incidental fee that would be returned at the end of the stay. The floor in the room when went barefoot could feel sand and dirty. Not enough pillows in the room
