Place is very outdated. Electrical outlets have covers missing Bathrooms ceiling fan/light no cover and loose Paid less night before, at a different hotel with way better rooms.

There is no iron board, iron to iron clothing. No coffee makers, the floors are not sweep and mopped, the shower floor is so filter dirty, we did not utilize the shower w stay at Rodeway inn. The place needs a lot of improvement. Even the grounds, the trash cans were over overflowing w garage

The stay here was alright, but there were definitely issues. First at check in, despite being told my name and given my ID the clerk tried to check me in as someone else. The room keys gave all types of issues; the first two sets didn't open the door and the master key had to be used. Only one key on the third set she brought us worked. We had asked for a late check out due to the race we were in town for would end roughly at check out (11) and we'd like to shower before hitting the road. We were told they would put us down for a one hour late checkout (noon), but the maid service came in at 1110, shocked to find us in the room as they weren't told about the late check out. Add in the general noise of other guest stomping around at 1am above us and the random cars/airplanes it made for a rather uncomfortable stay.

No one showed for shuttle at 530 am leaving me trying to get aride.

This room was horrifyingly dirty. Disgusting. I walked in and it smelled... just, bad. I went into the bathroom and the toilet was open, there was urine in it, and it hadn't been scrubbed; there was poop on the bowl. The walls were so filthy, there were dried spills on the floor so you could tell they hadn't mopped. Every nook and cranny of this room was dirty. This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The place needs updated and repairs everywhere, also. Everything in the place was shabby-looking and beat up. But, I suppose that comes after just simply cleaning the place. I have photos and will be sharing them with all relevant contacts.
