Limited number of rooms available. I was able to get a room only because I arrived early. Noise is hallway well past 9:00 pm. Staff was very courteous.

I made a reservation and paid for the room but when I arrived they said they didn’t have a room for me. They said my money would be refunded but it hasn’t been. When I called to find out where my refund was they told me someone would call me back. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard from anyone.

So gross, blood on wLls in hallway. Screw stcking out of shower, cigerette butts under the bed. Deadbolt didnt work. No tv, floor was sticky and dirty. Ect ect

They didn’t even have my room for 6 of my staff I had 4 rooms reserved. This place was filthy from the outside to the inside. I’m glad I didn’t have to see a room. Even when I was at the lobby, a lady came turn her keys in because somebody was living in the room that they gave her. And the employee told me there was almost 30 people living in that hotel.

They did not reserve a room for my family, the room they did give me was occupied upon opening the door, the new room they gave me had the TV ripped out, one functioning light, no toilet paper or towels, one small pillow on both beds, no top blanket on the beds, graffiti on the toilet and furniture. I was given a third room but the key did not work so the hotel gave me a $0 refund because they hadn't been paid by Expedia yet and I never received a refund anyway and had to take my family to the next most in expensive hotel in town which was better by far and actually had professional and kind staff as well as amenities.

Didn't feel safe and the motel agree that Jamie shouldn't stay there being a female by herself and agree to refunded the money

Dirty extra bed in rm, stained sheets, splatters of various things all over walls, lots of dirt in every corner, dirty tub, no tv,, fighting in halls, person got arrested that was staying there, felt very unsafe, doordash wouldn't deliver bc driver felt unsafe, rm keys nvr worked...we had to get a new key every time we came back to rm, garbage overflowing putside entrance door, wires hanging in halls & in rm, no smoke detector, didn't see any staff to get clean towels or help, everything was just awful at this motel. It needs a complete makeover. I will say that the front desk person was very nice & courteous, he had my husband check rm before paying but my husband just glanced inside & didn't notice no TV, or dirtiness of rm. He only checked to see if convenient for us to go in & out. It also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The only good thing i can say of this place was how nice front desk person was. Thats it! like cigarettes,
