I had stayed there before and had no complaints for the price. I had to make numerous trips to front desk to get new access key cards. The stair treads were missing in places. I have bad knees and had to move a big oxygen concentrator and was afraid I might trip. I did take photos of the room. Our tv did not work. They did take some off of our bill. Water in sink was not hot. There was mold in bathroom where the flooring was coming loose. The beds were clean and comfortable but that was the only thing that was really clean.

They charged me without spending the night and will not reimburse. It was the most filthy and disgusting place I have ever seen. Please do not stay there or reserve through Expedia.

Absolutely would not stay there with my wife without a gun. Ate the cost of the reservation to get accommodations elsewhere because it was that disgusting.

Front desk workers wreaked of weed smell and looked like they just got out of a gangsta convention. Could have been the nicest guys on the planet, but the appearance they gave off made me want to run for a different hotel.

we are sorry your stay was less than adequate. we dont discriminate or judge in our hiring process but we will investigate the "weed" smell as we do not tolerate drugs on the property here.
