Very quiet, friendly staff.
Bathroom had long black hair in tub,sink and on bathroom floor upon check in.

But sometimes in the press of the day and difficulty finding staff, we do not live up to the expectations we place upon ourselves. I am very sorry we did not meet our standards in your case. This place was wonderful. We got in late and they were happy to help and had a delicious breakfast the next morning. Very clean and perfect for a quick stopover.

Good property near the airport

Billings may have the shortest travel time from the center of town to the airport of any city in the country, and Hilltop is partway up the hill (toward the airport).
