The first night we arrived in the bar i requested a Cocktail was told it was a bit late for ordering a Cocktail as it was 10-40 pm and the bar closes at 11pm, now i did receive it!
Now if a bar is open you should be able to order what beverages you like off the drinks menu. A 11pm is very early for closing a lot of guest arriving back to the Hotel were very disapointed as one guest said to me 1am would be the perfect time for closing

Excellent area to stay in the old city, very walkable.
Wasn't told when the room was ready, and the coffee machine in the room didn't work.
Wish we had a room with a window!

Lovely stylish hotel with views of the river and good facilities. Enjoyable breakfast with good options and bar area is comfy and pleasant… although food options seemed limited.

my early morning alarm call didn' happen and one day my husbands bed wasn't made.

Great location - the ONLY positive thing about the property.
Staff not interested in customer service.
Hotel website did not inform us the Rooftop terrace would be closed during our visit, we would have booked elsewhere if we had had prior knowledge of this critical fact.

The staff was terrific, and the property was in a great location. We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

No parking. Small rooms! No window to outside.

Perfect location, nice staff, nice room. The only thing I missed was a microwave. Bue the place is great
