Mini fridge did not work and room was under the breakfast area - so very loud starting at 6:30 am

Nice location in the old town, friendly staff -and clean however the mirrow above the headboard of the bed is too high and useless for a 5 foot height person so ended up using the little one in the toilet.

Excellent experience

It's centrally located, which is both a plus (close to everything we wanted to do/see/eat) and minus (older building and corner room added to various noises like floors creaking and vehicles passing by). Otherwise, it's a really good place to stay.

We stayed in a charming 1st-floor room with balconies overlooking a street in the Casco Viejo. Great location close to the train station. The staff were helpful with leaving our luggage until checkin time and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning.
