my early morning alarm call didn' happen and one day my husbands bed wasn't made.

Great location - the ONLY positive thing about the property.
Staff not interested in customer service.
Hotel website did not inform us the Rooftop terrace would be closed during our visit, we would have booked elsewhere if we had had prior knowledge of this critical fact.

The staff was terrific, and the property was in a great location. We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Perfect location, nice staff, nice room. The only thing I missed was a microwave. Bue the place is great

Parking a challenge. Rooms tiny. No noise in rooms which was amazing. Great location.

Glass bathroom was interesting. Hotel is lovely but in three nights we never slept well. Pillows and bed part of that but also regular noise outside. Room was on first floor and could hear people outside and service vehicles in night.

Very happy with property and the surrounding, very central, staff was excellent. The only thing I was not happy with was the bathroom doors in the rooms, no privacy.

The hotel staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. The room was great, with a fantastic view and clever use of space. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.
