A Hotel Change Was Good!
Posted 9 Aug 2021 on HotelsActually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it.

A beautiful building with character. Clean and pleasant. An air conditioning unit was brought up to the room because of the heat. There was a power cut on one occasion due to the electrics but I would stay here again.

Posted 28 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe hotel was in a good position for exploring the whole city and we didn't need to get public transport at all. The Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. We did have to ask for more coffee and clean cups as they weren't replaced when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite large but the room was quite small. Overall our stay was nice.

Not close to be a 5 stars hotel
Posted 31 Dec 2019 on HotelsThis is not a 5 stars hotel. Restaurant was close the two nights we stayed. The Rooms were outdated, not welcoming at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the properly on the overall is not okay.
