Poor service, unpleasant strong fragrance in reception and hallways which gave us a headache. Didn’t feel like a four star hotel, 3 at best. Rooms and particularly bathroom watching not cleaned well. We were taken aback when we were provided with a disabled room upon early check-in without being informed beforehand. We absolutely understand and respect the necessity of accessible rooms for guests in need, and we would have been more than willing to wait for a standard room if necessary. However, it was disappointing that the staff did not communicate this to us beforehand.

Nice hotel with a good bar in the lobby and a decent restaurant. The room was spacious and clean but lacked in interior decorating - a couple of pictures on the walls was about all. The biggest downside was that the room was hot at night as, like others we encountered on this trip, they had the heat on with no option for air conditioning. The explanation that the AC is programmed to start in mid May is weak as there have been consistent heat waves in February and April. If you are driving to the hotel and need to drop off your rental car at the airport my recommendation is to drop off your bags with the concierge, leaving the car on the small concrete apron near the front door for a few minutes, then check in when you return from the airport.

Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Restaurant offers fantastic breakfast buffet, best I've ever seen. Overall, the best hotel experience I've ever had.

Woke up after the first night covered in hair, someone else's hair. How utterly disgusting that they didn't clean the bedding. Solo traveller so of course they stuck me right by the lift, must be a hotel rule, they all do it. Was give two single beds (for one person?!?!?!) Instead of a double. Insulting. The whole hotel feels hollow and unwelcoming. Really disappointed and no where near worth the money I paid Desk staff were kind and helpful, the hotels only saving grace.

me encanto por su comodidad, su limpieza, su servicio de restaurant y su bar. su atencion en fontdesk fue un poco apurada, se ve que estaban muy saturados, pero siempre me resolvieron lo que pedi.estoy muy agradecido y si volveria a este hotel.

We were overcome by cigarette smoke smell when we opened the room door. I immediately went to the front desk and aked for another room which they happily provided. We really enjoyed the hotel. The only negative was when just now for this review we were asked how we were treated as Expedia VIP's. What? We were unaware that we qualified for that benift. What does that even mean? Did we miss a benefit because we were unaware?
