First stop on the bus from the airport. No issues with checking in slightly earlier than due. Staff friendly & knowledgeable of the area. Couple of great bakeries close by so that addressed the breakfast needs.

Location, location, location.
Posted 4 Oct 2023 on HotelsThis hotel is less than five minutes away from the Guggenheim Musuem. There are heaps of tapas bars around too. The rooms are a good size mine had a king size bed. A big shout out to Gary on the front desk who went out of his way on two occasions to help me out. Great value for money.

Beware, no laundry or parking on site and hotel is in bad shape. It looks ok from the outside but upkeep is lacking.
Parking is a 5 minute walk. Shower did not drain, pipes make loud noises, sink faucet not secure, and fridge did not work. Hotel does not uphold any responsibility for false advertisement of services offered or condition of facilities. Front desk was nice and helpful to find parking and things in the area but have to authority to fix things that are broken or remedy any situation that arises. Would not recommend.

Dear Joyce, thank you for your feedback. We do not have laundry service, as we are a 2 star hotel, but in front of us you had one to use. We do have parking, not in the hotel, but at 3 minutes walking distance, less than any other in the area. You reserved an interior room and we gave you a free upgrade. Any maintenance trouble is solved as fast as possible. We are disappointed to see that you did not valorate as well other things like free bottled water or coffee, that we put as courtesy in the rooms. Best regards!

Lady on reception was fantastic! Checked opening times of museum & funicular railway. Gave us a map & dinner suggestions. We had trouble finding the car park & walking back from the car park……but great location for the museum.
